The Museum of Beadwork in Portland Maine requested beaded squares as part of a community collaborative project which will become a permanent exhibit in the museum space. Each square was to be exactly 6". The sturdy base surface was to be embellished with beads in jewel tones like purple, blue, green and gold. Over 500 works of art were submitted.
